Fast shipping: We know you can’t wait to get your stuff! So at Artemisia Designs, we make every effort to ship your package out within 1 business day of your order being placed.
Domestic (US) Shipping:
- Standard: Arrives in about 5–10 business days.
- Priority: Expected delivery in 3–4 business days.
- Express: The fastest option arrives in 1-3 business days. Contact us for urgent orders at [email protected] to confirm overnight delivery availability.
International Shipping:
- First Class Mail International, UPS, FedEx, or DHL: Expected delivery in 2-4 weeks, might vary due to customs and/or carrier delays. Usually 2 weeks for the UK and Canada.
- Delivery times are approximations and are not guaranteed.
Note to International Customers:
- Please be aware of your country’s customs and importation laws. You might need to pay taxes or duties upon receiving your international package. These charges are beyond our control and might cause delays.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take the item back within 30 days of the delivery date and provide you with a refund. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, or unworn condition. Once we receive the item, we will refund your original purchase price (minus shipping costs).
