Shipping & Returns


Fast shipping:
We know you can't wait to get your stuff! So at Artemisia Designs, we make every effort to ship your package out within 1 business day of your order being placed. 

Shipping within the US: 
We offer 3 forms of shipping to our continental US customers. The first would be our standard shipping which is roughly 5-10 business day delivery to most US Locations. Our next fastest form would be Priority Mail. Priority Mail is generally a 2-3 business day delivery to most US Locations. We also offer Priority Mail Express which is a 1-2 business day delivery to most US Locations. For rush orders, it is always a good idea to email us at sales@artemisia.com to ensure that you will receive your item on time. We can then check with the post office to make sure that an overnight delivery is available to your address. 

International shipping:
We are very happy to ship all around the world. First Class Mail international is non trackable and usually takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on whether it gets caught in customs. With shipments to the UK, we find that most of the time, First Class Mail International delivers within 1-2 weeks. Priority mail International is trackable and delivers in approximately 6-10 Business days. Express Mail International is trackable and delivers in approximately 3-5 Business days. These are approximate timeframes and are not guaranteed.

*Attention International Customers: Before you make your purchase, be sure you understand your country's customs and importations laws. It is very likely that you will have to pay taxes or duties on anything you buy internationally and have shipped to yourself. These are collected by the customs department in your own country and can sometimes be pricey and delay the delivery of your package. Unfortunately, we are not able to control this.


Return Policy: 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take the item back within 30 days of the delivery date and provide you with a refund. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused/unworn condition. Once we receive the item, we will refund your original purchase price (minus shipping costs).
