We know you can't wait to get your stuff! So at Artemisia Designs, we make every effort to ship your package out within 1 business day of your order being placed.
Shipping within the US:
Our standard domestic shipping method is Priority Mail from the US Postal Service. Although it is not guaranteed, USPS Priority mail is a 2- to 3-day shipping service. This service comes with a delivery confirmation number at no extra charge.
Express Mail:
If you need your package even quicker, we can send it via Express Mail from the US Postal Service. For rush orders, it is always a good idea to email us at help@artemisia.com to ensure that you will receive your item on time. We can then check with the post office to make sure that an overnight delivery is available to your address.
International shipping:
We are very happy to ship all around the world. Our standard international shipping method is First Class International (AIRMAIL). Upon request, we are also happy to provide Priority Mail International or Express Mail International (EMS).
*Attention International Customers: Before you make your purchase, be sure you understand your country's customs and importations laws. It is very likely that you will have to pay taxes or duties on anything you buy internationally and have shipped to yourself. These are collected by the customs department in your own country and can sometimes be pricey and delay the delivery of your package. Unfortunately, we are not able to control this.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take the item back within 30 days of the delivery date and provide you with a refund. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused/unworn condition. Once we receive the item, we will refund your original purchase price (minus shipping costs).
